We want you to be happy with your NOTE23 order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days.

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected; details are in the cancellation policy. Personalised items made to your specification (e.g. engraved names) are excluded from returns; if there is a defect in the engraving or material, we replace them free of charge.

Returns in 4 steps

1. Write to us at hello@note23.de and include your order number.
2. We'll send you the return address.
3. Pack the item with all accessories and send it back to us.
4. As soon as your return arrives, we refund the purchase price via the payment method you used for your order.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by you.

Condition of the goods

Please return items complete. If you have already filled the scent bracelet with perfume, please empty it before sending.

Damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, write to us with a photo at hello@note23.de. Your statutory warranty rights apply, and we'll find a solution.
